What counts as inventory
- Published sale lists

- Leads, not parcels

Parcels on a county's list for a specific, published sale date. These are the only parcels counted as inventory anywhere on the site.
Delinquent rolls, lands-available inventory, and lists sitting under a date projected from a state's typical schedule rather than published by the county. Most owners on a delinquent roll pay before any levy, so treating one as an auction listing would overstate what is for sale by multiples.

Parcel-level coverage currently means Florida, Georgia, Texas, Arizona, and Michigan. If you bid somewhere else, the atlas is free and useful — but Starter and above will not have inventory for you yet. We would rather tell you that now than take the subscription.
