SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS You will need to complete a proof of purchase form after the sale concludes, and this must be turned in before you leave the auction site. Successful Buyers are responsible for completing their own Sales Disclosure Form. Successful Buyers are responsible for all current payments of Real Estate Property Taxes. Successful Buyers are responsible for having their sheriff’s deed and sales disclosure recorded at the county offices upon receipt. METHOD OF PAYMENT The total purchase price is due to the Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office by 4 P.M. today. You must pay with a cashier’s check made payable to the Tippecanoe County Sheriff. FAILURE TO PAY Failure to pay by 4 P.M. today will result in your being responsible for damages and deficiencies pursuant to IC 32-29-7-9.
