Arkansas centralized tax-deed county. Benton County Collector certifies long-delinquent parcels to the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands (COSL); the county does not run its own tax auction. COSL sells by Limited Warranty Deed at a public (live) auction scheduled by county, then moves unsold parcels to online post-auction sales at auction.cosl.org ~30 days later. Pre-sale redemption is primary (through COSL); limited post-sale redemption window applies under state rules before sale finality. Quiet title is the practical path to marketable/insurable title — budget legal cost beyond the bid.
