Pay immediately after each purchase if funds not pre-deposited; sale stops for payment. Refunds of unused pre-deposits ~7–10 business days. Payable to Tulsa County Treasurer.

Properly noticed resale deed generally cancels prior taxes/certificates; overlooked judgment liens and unnotified parties can survive. Federal tax liens can survive. Full title search required.
