Warren County Clerk sells unpaid tax bills as Certificates of Delinquency. 2025 tax bills process: sale August 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CST; registration deadline August 17, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. CST using Form 62A374. First offering typically each August. Certificates become liens when sheriff turns bills to clerk (~April 15). Interest per KRS 134. Unsold certificates remain with clerk for later purchase/redemption payment.
